Enriching files in BetterContact is as easy as gets - here is a quick walkthrough.
Before you begin, here a few best practice tips (but not necessary):
- Use Google Chrome
- Use a CSV downloaded from Google Sheets
Alright, let's get you started.
1. Upload/Import your leads
Here you have 2 choices:
1. Upload a CSV file with those parameters:
- First Name, Last Name, Company Name (mandatory)
- Company Domain, Person's LinkedIn URL (optional)
OR
2. Import leads from LinkedIn using our Sales Navigator API (here is more info on that)
2. Map the fields (only if you use a CSV)
Our algorithm BetterAI normally maps every column from your CSV correctly.
However, make sure to check all fields again so that they match.
Choose extras
Now you can choose:
- real-time catch-all verification or not? (highly recommended, read more on it here)
- BetterAI or process flow?
-> BetterAI is an algorithm that finds the best provider sequence based on your lead list
-> Process flow is an add-on feature where you can choose which providers to request and their order
4. Ready! Wait for the enrichment
As we clean your data, find the optimal provider sequence, and request 15+ data sources, it can somethimes take alittle longer.
5. Download your file
After that's done, download your file and turn those leads into gold!
