There are 3 ways on how to find data through BetterContact.

1. Uploading a CSV file

Therefore, you need a CSV file with First Name, Last Name, Company Name/Domain for emails.

For mobile phone numbers you only need the LinkedIn URL.

2. Through API call

Implement BetterContact into your workflow through API. Here is the documentation.

Credits

You can use credits to find mobile phone numbers and emails through different providers.

1 email + verification = 1 credit

1 mobile phone number + verification = 10 credits

Yes, we roll over your credits to the next month capped at your credit package (as long as you have an active subscription).

For example: With a 5.000 credit subscription, a maximum of 5.000 credits roll over to the next month,

No, there are no credits counted when an email or mobile phone number is not found.

Email and mobile phone number verification does not cost extra.

If you want to verify catch-all emails, 1 additional credit is charged for every valid catch-all.

Billing

To find your invoices, navigate to 

Account > Plans & Billing > Your Subscription (Click on ‘Go to billing portal’) > Scroll down to ‘Invoice History’ > Click on the invoice’s date to download

Our billing is handled by Stripe, so we offer the common payment methods.
