The Goal

"One Solution, One Bill, Zero Headaches"

Genesy’s struggles from maintaing their own ‘waterfall enrichment’ led to a dilution in focus, which made them look for a solution to achieve what they initially tried to set up themselves, but without the operational and financial difficulties.

They also wanted to have 1 flexible billing, without needing to negotiate with multiple providers, which require expensive yearly commitments.

The Challenge

Genesy’s customer base requires global data for multi-country outreach, thus they need various databases. However, each data provider has different API rate limits and billing models, which made it time-consuming and complicated to set up and maintain, both from the operational as well as financial side.

Genesy also struggled with a high amount of invalid data and lack of proper verification thereof, leading to a bad user experience, as well as high costs for unusable data.
