The Goal
Throxy’s challenge of managing multiple enrichment providers in their waterfall made daily operations messy and diluted their focus. To get the results they wanted – more valid emails and untouched leads – they plugged BetterContact into their existing flow instead of adding even more separate tools.
Now, they get access to 20+ email providers through one simple API and only pay for what they actually use, with no locked yearly contracts or hidden minimums. The result: more valid emails, more meetings booked, no vendor headaches.
The Challenge
Throxy helps B2B companies book meetings with decision-makers in traditional sectors like manufacturing, distribution, logistics, finance, and healthcare. These industries are notoriously difficult for outbound teams — contact data is fragmented, outdated, or simply missing.

Roadmap (Implementation):
Throxy sampled contacts with missing emails and tested new match rates. Both teams aligned on a minimum viable hit rate to move forward confidently.
Throxy ran a first outbound campaign using the new enriched data, testing real deliverability through live outreach, and saw high deliverablity, with minimized bounce rates (0,8%).
Used the new data with selected customers, monitored real usage and impact on lead pipelines, and gathered rapid feedback. As BetterContact provided access to ‘untouched’ leads, the booked meeting rates were higher than usual campaigns.
